In today’s business world, customer-oriented writing has become a must. That is because commercial customer contact is increasingly taking place via email. The way your employees present themselves in writing, clearly defines the presentation and image of your organization in the marketplace. Whether it concerns an appointment confirmation, offer letter, quote or dealing with complaints. But unfortunately language skills are often not a standard competence.

That is why BOS launched the Workshop Customer-oriented Writing. The training consists of four practical modules during which participants will start to put into practice straight away all the tips and tools provided. This method has already proven to be very effective.

Customer-oriented Writing modules

The four modules of this BOS workshop can be programmed together as a whole or independently from each other: SpellingActive Writing, Commercial Writing and Conscious Emailing.

Spelling

Spelling errors are distracting and look sloppy. Many spelling mistakes can be prevented through simple rules and mnemonics. The workshop Spelling provides these. Within half a day, participants know the spelling rules and how to apply them correctly. Good for the professional image of your organization and for the image of the employees themselves as well.

Active writing

Do your employees write letters, emails and reports that are impossible for customers to get through? And without a clear message?  The problem is usually a passive writing style: are being, will become, will be, can be and want. During the workshop Active Writing participants learn to start using an active writing style and write clear and professional texts.

Commercial writing

In everyday business, many employees have to deal with quotations, emails, letters and reports. Containing a message to (potential) customers. During the workshop Commercial Writing we teach participants what it means to write in a customer-oriented and commercial way. And how to make a well-constructed text with a clear message.

Conscious emailing

Almost all business correspondence is sent via email. Often without protocol, canvas or policy on how employees officially need to properly address their customers. This workshop first of all clarifies the desired structure and rules. In addition, participants learn how to more quickly formulate and email commercially powerful messages.
