In the Master Program an extra dimension is added to “consultative selling” by combining the sales skills of the Coach the Client Program with specific proposition knowledge. In six days the participant goes through a balanced program in which his / her professional sales skills will be brought to a higher level.
In close consultation with the client, BOS develops industry-related e -learning modules in which the propositions of the organization are discussed extensively. The specific proposition knowledge increases the problem-solving mind-set of the sales consultants and hence their commercial opportunities. Through the combination of customer insights (work processes, issues and developments) and proposition knowledge, the advisory sales person is able to deliver tailor-made solutions and build a sustainable customer relationship.
