For the continuity of each organization it is vital to keep the commercial outside sales team at a stable level or even to let it grow. The special BOS Career Opportunity Program takes care of the inflow, support and training of new and quickly deployable sales people into your organization. A guarantee for quality of new sales staff.

Recruitment

The program consists of three parts and covers in total a 12-month period.

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Commercial (base) training
  • Coaching (at the workplace and at customers)

Commercial education

The program offers new sales people a focused program to further improve their commercial skills. Because the BOS team know and the organization and its end-customers, the trainings are specifically focused on the needs of that company and their clients. Knowledge of specific client propositions are combined with general selling skills.

Coaching

During the first month of this program, the sales trainee is mainly being educated and coached by BOS trainers and coaches. This means for the sales organization that the newly recruited sales people can be integrated seamlessly and worry-free. After these six months the support of these employees is gradually transferred to the company’s own management.

Recruitment & selection

We look for and spot young commercial talent. Our criteria include image, knowledge, character and a match with our clients’ corporate culture. After a stringent selection process we present a number of candidates, making the final choice after a joint deliberation.
